General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
These GTC apply to all coaching sessions, packages, and services provided by Cautèle – Dr. Côme Ledésert. By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A coaching contract is concluded upon booking and full payment. By clicking “Schedule a session” or equivalent buttons, you confirm the GTC. A binding contract is formed at that moment.
3. Services
Dr. Côme Ledésert offers systemic coaching. Sessions may take place online or in person. Packages include the agreed number of sessions as well as any additional bonus sessions indicated on the booking page.
4. Booking and Payment
Single sessions and packages must be paid in advance. Payments are processed via Cal.com / Stripe or other listed payment methods. Payment is due immediately upon booking. If payment is not received, appointments cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Single sessions may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance with a full refund. Up to 24 hours in advance, the session may be rescheduled. In cases of illness or emergencies, an individual solution will be sought. Packages are valid for the entire booking period, limited to 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be refunded retrospectively.
Coaching is confidential; content will not be shared without consent. Personal data is used exclusively for booking, invoicing, and payment processing (e.g., via Stripe).
7. Liability
Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Cautèle is not liable for health outcomes or personal decisions based on coaching content.
8. Free Introductory Session
A free 20-minute initial session between you and Dr. Côme Ledésert is required before the coaching process begins. The subsequent coaching services follow from this conversation. The introductory session can be booked directly via www.cautele.com.
9. Reduced Rates
Students and individuals with an annual income below €25,000 receive a 15% reduction on all sessions and packages.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
